At the moment it’s 2 GB however we are actively working on increasing that limit.
Can I have more than 1 conversion executing at the same time?
Yes, however there is a reasonable limit in place in order to prevent interruptions of the service.

Is it okay to convert from a lossy format like MP3, back to a lossless format like WAV or FLAC?
Yes, that is possible, but it will not restore the loss in quality that happened when converting to a lossy format. You conversion is only as good as the source.
Can I convert DRM protected audio files?
No, we do not support the conversion of DRM protected audio files.
Can I convert audio from video files or extract just the audio track?
Yes, simply select the source format of the video (ex. MP4) and the destination format (ex. MP3) and you will have a audio only output file.
Will converting an audio file cause a drop in quality?
Not necessarily. When converting a file you have to be mindful of the quality of the source to ensure you select conversion values that closely match. Alternatively, you can use the “copy” option available for some parameters to ensure the quality is preserved.
